Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. You can book your assessment directly through our online booking page. Once your booking is confirmed, our system will automatically send you a service agreement and a short questionnaire so we can gather the information needed to support you as effectively as possible.
How long does an assessment take?
Most assessments take between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the type of assessment and the level of complexity involved. In some cases, the occupational therapist may complete functional observation, such as observing you in your home while completing a daily living task like making a cup of tea.
How long does it take for a report to be completed?
For non-complex assessments, reports are generally completed within 5 business days. We take pride in providing person-centred, evidence-based assessments and do not rely on generic templates to rush the process. If you require a faster turnaround, please let us know and we can discuss fast-tracked options where possible.
